JUSTIN CHEN, MD
Allergist / Immunologist
Dr. Justin Chen graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in biochemistry. He earned his M.D. at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. His residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Allergy & Immunology were completed at the UT Southwestern University Hospitals & Clinics, Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and Parkland Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Chen is board-certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI), the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI), and the Texas Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society.
Dr. Chen has published and spoken at state and national conferences on drug allergies, chronic urticaria and food allergies. He was honored by the AAAAI and UT Southwestern for his research on penicillin allergy testing. He is on staff at both Longview Regional and Good Shepherd Medical Centers and serves as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas at Tyler / Good Shepherd Graduate Medical Education program.
Outside of medicine Dr. Chen has completed several full and half-marathons over the years. He also enjoys swimming, travel, Aggie sports and spending time with his excitable dog.

SUSAN JONES, PA-C
Originally from East Texas, Susan Jones received her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and completed her Physician Assistant studies at Saint Vincent Medical Center in New York. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and an associate member of the Texas Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society. She brings both both primary care and specialist experience, having worked in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology for 17 years prior to joining East Texas Allergy & Asthma.
Susan is a proud mom to daughter Mia and one feisty dog and cat apiece.
