Office Hours: 
Mon-Tue-Wed-Fri: 8:30a - 4:30p

Thu: 8:30a - 11:30p and 2p - 4:30p
Check-in required within 15 minutes of 
appointments and by 4:30p for injections

The office is closed the following holidays each year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.  Other closures may depend on where the holiday falls that year.
